Sr. Project Architect I

Responsibilities

• Manage integrated quality review processes across all project disciplines
• Critical project status information coordination with multiple leaders
• Development of a continuous proactive quality engagement strategy
• Scheduling staffing for quality reviews, ensuring compliance with project standards
• Guiding project teams in developing and updating the Project Quality Plan
• Contributing to project risk assessments and addressing potential issues proactively
• Monitoring overall project metrics and alignment of documentation with project goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required
• 12 years of related professional experience, including 5 years in construction documentation and 3 years in construction administration for large projects
• Experience leading technical aspects on projects exceeding $200M in construction costs
• Proficient in designing and documenting significant education projects, with expertise in related codes and standards
• Current Architectural Registration in the U.S. required; Arkansas registration preferred
• Preferred LEED accreditation
• Strong business acumen and focus on quality
