Responsibilities
- Manage integrated quality review processes across all project disciplines
- Critical project status information coordination with multiple leaders
- Development of a continuous proactive quality engagement strategy
- Scheduling staffing for quality reviews, ensuring compliance with project standards
- Guiding project teams in developing and updating the Project Quality Plan
- Contributing to project risk assessments and addressing potential issues proactively
- Monitoring overall project metrics and alignment of documentation with project goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required
- 12 years of related professional experience, including 5 years in construction documentation and 3 years in construction administration for large projects
- Experience leading technical aspects on projects exceeding $200M in construction costs
- Proficient in designing and documenting significant education projects, with expertise in related codes and standards
- Current Architectural Registration in the U.S. required; Arkansas registration preferred
- Preferred LEED accreditation
- Strong business acumen and focus on quality
