If you enjoy working with high performance teams, being part of a rapidly growing business, and inventing creative solutions to complex product problems, this role is for you.

The ideal candidate should have experience in a fast-paced environment, strong technical depth in advertising, video streaming, and/or paid media. Success in this role requires a customer-centric approach, innovative thinking, and effective communication across technical and business stakeholders. Join us in our exciting journey to be the world’s best ad-supported streaming service by creating customer-obsessed ad experiences and unparalleled product innovation to deliver for our customers and advertisers.

  • Data-driven and analytical approach, balanced with sound judgement for decision-making in ambiguous situations
  • Willingness to dive into a variety of problems and own solutions end-to-end
  • Ability to actively engage with internal streaming service teams and audiences
  • Skill in identifying industry trends, determining customer experience best practices, and developing strategies for optimizing video investments
  • Comfort with experimentation and rapid learning in a fast-moving environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead key, strategic projects for large, complex workstreams, identifying, assessing, and prioritizing opportunities based on strategic goals, business needs, and customer value
  • Mine and analyze data for metrics and decision support
  • Identify and remove systemic bottlenecks that slow decision-making or delivery across organizational boundaries
  • Ensure cross-functional dependencies are visible, tracked, and resolved before they become blockers
  • Consult with key partners to determine program prioritization, while sourcing and coordinating resources
  • Act as a subject matter expert by contributing perspective, insights, and knowledge to guide the establishment of new processes and systems
  • Think big and invent new ways to improve Prime Video Ads for viewers and advertisers
  • Design and maintain the organizational operating rhythm (business reviews, planning cycles, leadership forums) that keeps the organization synchronized

You will be exposed to a wide range of technologies, systems, and business challenges. You will have the freedom and encouragement to explore your own ideas and the reward of seeing your contributions live in front of customers.
