Sr. Program Manager, Mind the Product Training

Responsibilities

• Assess training opportunities with the Director of Mind the Product
• Coordinate onboarding and operational logistics for training customers
• Manage pre-training communications and materials for attendees
• Collect feedback post-training to enhance future programs
• Design pre- and post-course experiences to optimize learner engagement
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and scalability
• Develop contributor networks by addressing capability gaps and ensuring effective onboarding

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, program management, or similar customer-facing SaaS environment
• Strong organizational and project management skills for complex initiatives
• Ability to translate customer needs into executable plans
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building scalable processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication for coordination across stakeholders

Pay

• $113,000 – $149,000 annually
