Sr. Program Manager Lead (Financial Services)

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Program Manager Lead to oversee a large-scale enterprise transformation program consisting of multiple interconnected technology, migration, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and organizational change workstreams. This role will provide strategic leadership, program governance, stakeholder management, and execution oversight across a portfolio of complex initiatives.

The successful candidate will ensure alignment across multiple project teams, manage dependencies and risks, and drive successful program delivery while communicating effectively with executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a multi-workstream enterprise transformation program made up of multiple concurrent projects and delivery teams.
• Partner with project managers, technical leads, business stakeholders, and third-party partners to ensure successful execution of program objectives.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, and governance processes.
• Ensure alignment across all projects, releases, and implementation activities.
• Monitor program execution, proactively managing risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings, executive communications, and program status reporting.
• Review key project deliverables and ensure adherence to program objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
• Maintain program documentation, including charters, scope management, and change control processes.
• Support organizational change and adoption efforts to maximize business outcomes.
• Drive accountability, transparency, and collaboration across all workstreams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex enterprise programs involving multiple concurrent projects and stakeholder groups.
• Strong program governance, planning, risk management, and delivery management expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and align business and technology priorities.
• Experience managing executive-level communications, steering committees, and status reporting.
• Exceptional leadership, collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, and large-scale organizational change.

Qualifications

• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience leading enterprise migration, infrastructure modernization, cloud transformation, cybersecurity, or identity and access management (IAM) initiatives.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, end-user technology transformations, and enterprise service management.
• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Agile, or related certifications.
