Drive the cross-functional program cadence across fulfillment operations, delivery operations, science teams, and tech teams to ensure capability readiness aligns with launch timelines

Own the narrative for leadership reviews — synthesizing operational performance, customer insights, and financial projections into clear recommendations on expansion pace and investment trade-offs

Define and manage the customer insights integration plan — coordinating quantitative lift analyses, qualitative behavioral studies, and downstream impact assessments to inform which CX trade-offs are acceptable at scale

Develop the decision framework for monetization strategies, operating model adjustments, and cost levers based on customer data maturity and economic thresholds

Identify and drive resolution of structural blockers to scale — including operational variability, science model deployment timelines, and capacity constraints at expansion sites
