About the role

As Sr. Program Manager III, you’ll provide a wide array of Information Technology (IT) oriented services to its 4,000 customers. These services include: incident and request support; conducting program analysis and studies; developing, operating, and maintaining IT systems and applications; maintaining vigilance with regard to information assurance including compliance with the Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of a multifaceted program consisting of a set of closely related subprograms or associated activities.
  • Seek and develop outside funding sources, serve as principal point of representation and liaison with external constituencies on operational matters, and provide day-to-day technical/professional guidance and leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise.
  • Develop work breakdown structures, prepare charts, tables, graphs and diagrams to assist in analyzing problems.
  • Be the primary point of contact to the government Program Office on all contractual and operational tasks.

Requirements

  • Active DoD Secret security clearance.
  • 10+ years overall Program Management experience within the Federal IT sector.
  • Active Program Management Professional Certificate.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $140,000, determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including: The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience, The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs, Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation.

This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include: Performance-based bonuses, Company-paid training and/or certifications, Referral bonuses.
