About the role
The Department of Pediatrics, Section of Developmental Pediatrics, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to provide strategic leadership and high-level oversight. This role is responsible for ensuring consistency across a growing network of providers, guiding complex decision-making, overseeing quality improvement initiatives, and managing program-level risks.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and high-level oversight for a growing network of providers.

- Maintain standards and drive operational excellence.
Required Education and Experience
- Master's degree.
- 36 months of program administration or related experience.
- Equivalency/Substitution: 72 months of related experience in lieu of the Master's degree for a total of 108 months of related experience.
