Responsibilities

  • Define the scope, roadmap, and objectives for complex programs; develop comprehensive project plans that align with company goals and ensure all work streams are synchronized.
  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of multiple projects within the program; monitor progress against timelines, manage dependencies, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and bottlenecks; develop mitigation strategies and lead problem-solving efforts to resolve issues before they impact the program’s success.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the program; facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, executives, and external partners to manage expectations and ensure alignment.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Department Heads to resource projects effectively, resolve conflicting priorities, and ensure that program outputs deliver value to the business.

Requirements

  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably within a technology or operations environment; previous experience managing cross-functional teams is required.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (PMP, PgMP, or CSM certification is highly preferred).
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence without authority and facilitate consensus among diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to see the "big picture" while managing the details; capable of aligning tactical execution with long-term business strategy.
  • Leadership & Organization: Demonstrated success in leading complex initiatives with multiple work streams; strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, make data-driven decisions, and adapt plans as business needs evolve.
  • Tools & Methodologies: Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet) and familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

Benefits

  • Compensation & Benefits: We believe in paying top-of-market rates for top-tier talent. The base salary range for this role is $300,000 to $450,000, with exact placement determined by your skills, years of experience, and interview performance.
