Sr Program Manager

About the role

Lead end-to-end integration of acquired companies into SAP ECC.
Manage the roadmap and execution for SAP S/4HANA transformation.
Assess and redesign business processes, including Make-to-Order and Make-to-Stock operations.
Oversee data cleansing, migration, governance, and system cutover activities.
Drive standardization and streamline processes using SAP best practices.
Identify and retire legacy customizations replaced by SAP S/4HANA functionality.
Lead stakeholder engagement, training, and organizational change initiatives, including SAP Fiori adoption.
Manage cross-functional teams, business leaders, and implementation partners.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 10+ years of SAP Program Management experience.
• Deep experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Proven success leading ERP integrations following acquisitions.
• Strong background in manufacturing, supply chain, and business process transformation.
• Experience with data migration, master data governance, and change management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PgMP, or SAP certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with data migration, master data governance, and change management.
• Experience with ERP systems and business process transformation.
