About the role
Join Amazon Business Operations (AB) and help reshape B2B Delivery Experience at global scale. In this role, you'll own the end-to-end program management of US delivery programs for AB. You'll define operating models, build scalable processes, and drive performance across programs that don't have a playbook yet. You'll work across transportation, operations, finance, and 3PL partners to turn ambiguous problems into repeatable solutions, and your program decisions will directly shape how quickly programs scale from pilot to nationwide coverage.

- Drive cross-functional coordination across transportation, operations, finance, engineering, and 3PL partners to deliver milestones on schedule
- Analyze network performance data to identify root causes of delivery misses, optimization opportunities, and cost reduction levers
- Manage trade-offs between speed, cost, and service quality when making fulfillment and capacity decisions under time pressure
- Escalate risks proactively with data-backed mitigation plans before they impact customers
Basic Qualifications
