As a Sr. Program Manager, Enterprise AI Transformation, you'll drive enterprise-wide AI impact by connecting strategy to execution—helping the business identify, prioritize, and scale high-value AI initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Regularly lead the enterprise AI operating model—bringing structure, visibility, and momentum to how AI initiatives are prioritized, tracked, and delivered across the organization.
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to uncover high-impact AI opportunities and translate ideas into actionable, value-driven programs.
• Build and manage a dynamic portfolio of AI initiatives, providing clear insights into priorities, risks, progress, and business impact.
• Shape how AI ideas become reality—designing streamlined intake, governance, and approval processes that accelerate execution.
• Influence strategic decision-making by helping leadership evaluate AI investments based on business value, feasibility, and speed to impact.
• Champion AI adoption across the enterprise by enabling teams with tools, frameworks, and practical guidance that enhance productivity and innovation.

Requirements

• Strong strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and execution discipline with the ability to translate complex AI opportunities into structured business cases, drive cross-functional alignment, and deliver clear executive communication in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
• 6–10 years in strategy, transformation, operations, consulting, program management, or related roles, with proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives, building business cases, managing portfolios, and working with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Operations, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Ability to translate complex AI opportunities into structured business cases.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in AI strategy and implementation.

Pay

$104,300.00 - $177,800.00

Schedule

This job is hybrid and will require you to be in the office (Boston, Maitland, or Milwaukee) 25% of the time.

Location

Florida, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin.
