Sr. Program Coordinator, Health Science, Implementation
Responsibilities
- Provides a wide variety of skilled program coordination, administrative, logistical and clerical support to staff and volunteers in accordance with our policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Able to fully understand and support assigned initiatives and programs and ensure a high quality of service is provided to all staff, community partners, and volunteers.
- Captures logistics for assigned events, meetings and programs and provides day-of-event support as needed.
- Attends staff meetings, stays current on department and association-wide updates, and applies the information learned.
- Performs other duties as needed to achieve department and association-wide goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Advanced project management, time management and organizational skills and the ability to quickly adapt to multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including skill in proof reading for grammar and spelling.
- Ability to work collaboratively and to maintain a professional manner in all dealings with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Experience
- Knowledge of CPR and Hands-Only CPR training options.
- Knowledge of the America Heart Association mission and initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits
The expected pay range will be $25 to $30 per hour. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply.
