Responsibilities

  • Provides expert scheduling support, monitoring project timelines.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to maintain project schedules and milestones.
  • Develops and manages project schedules using industry-standard tools like Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
  • Performs independent critical path and near-critical path analyses.
  • Identifies and models schedule risks and recovery scenarios.
  • Validates progress and ensures schedule integrity.
  • Forecasts key milestones to support leadership decision-making.
  • Ensures compliance with EPC execution standards and client audit expectations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in program controls, project management, or related roles with a strong emphasis on scheduling.
  • 3 years of proven expertise in developing and managing project schedules using industry-standard scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
  • 3 years of strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies related to scheduling and controls.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in a global organization and managing projects in a matrix environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
