About the role

The Senior Client Service Business Analyst – Program Client Services will provide strategic business analysis services to Program Services (Program Analyst-Accounting/Finance).

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for reviewing submissions from the brokerage community/market
  • Aid with quotes, submissions, policy issuance and endorsements workflow
  • Assist with underwriting guidelines on submissions and escalate issues accordingly
  • Issue binders/slips and invoices
  • Maintain oversight of facultative and treaty reinsurance contracts to ensure timely and accurate settlements of monies owed
  • Monitor cash balances monthly, researching and clearing discrepancies
  • Support claims administration activities including funding coordination, invoice validation, and financial reconciliation in partnership with claims stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with underwriting, claims, audit, accounting, and brokers to support efficient program execution and process improvement
  • Perform ad hoc reinsurance projects as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Business, Accounting and/or Finance
  • Strong MS Excel and Word skills
  • Strong verbal and written skills needed to communicate with internal executives and external partners
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to multitask and demonstrate organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team

Qualifications

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S., and not require sponsorship now or in the future
  • US Work Authorization required

Pay

The base salary offered for the successful candidate will be based on compensable factors such as job-relevant education, job-relevant experience, training, licensure, demonstrated competencies, geographic location, and other factors.

Schedule

Monday to Friday
In Office: Monday through Wednesday.
WFH: Thursday and Friday. (Hybrid)
