Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product marketing strategy for a commercial business unit, including positioning, messaging, launch planning, budget management, and execution.
  • Develop differentiated product positioning and messaging that addresses customer pain points and clearly communicates business value.
  • Translate technical product information into compelling marketing content for customers, sales teams, and partners.
  • Partner closely with product management teams to understand product roadmaps, capabilities, and competitive differentiation.
  • Define how products integrate with other commercial devices and services to deliver complete One Lenovo solutions.
  • Manage marketing budgets, operational planning, and marketing governance to ensure efficient execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with alliance partners, coordinating joint marketing initiatives, content development, and resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional projects with internal stakeholders and external agencies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.
  • Create and manage sales enablement materials, presentations, visual assets, product collateral, and other marketing resources.
  • Develop product content supporting campaigns, industry verticals, PR and communications, analyst relations, events, and sales training.
  • Work effectively across global teams and multiple stakeholders to align priorities and drive successful product marketing initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience within the technology or technology services industry.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience working in a global organization with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic planning, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written communication and messaging abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer-focused benefits.
  • Experience managing budgets, marketing operations, and governance processes.
  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage timelines, priorities, and multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Experience collaborating with external agencies and cross-functional teams.
  • Product management or product development experience.
  • Experience working closely with product managers throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies for commercial technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with alliance or partner marketing programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority in a matrixed organization.

Pay

The base salary budgeted range for this position is $110k-145K. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
