Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of skills and experience.
• Paralegal experience or certification a plus.
• 5-7 years of contract management experience or other related experience with contracting in a corporate environment.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• Proficient knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Suite.
• Knowledge of standard contracting administration procedures, concepts, principles and methods.
• Effective negotiation and persuasive skills.

Annual Pay Range

Annual Pay Range: 77,700 - 105,600 USD
