Sr Production Plan Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Cook up production schedules to hit customer demand and make the most of our manufacturing resources.
• Collaborate with folks like procurement, logistics, engineering, and manufacturing to make sure we’ve got all the parts we need and can get them to where they’re needed on time.
• Figure out and fix problems that pop up so we don’t miss deadlines.
• Help keep the whole supply chain running smoothly by finding ways to make things better.
• Keep track of what’s happening in the factory and make sure everyone knows about it.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in production planning or supply chain coordination, especially in aerospace or manufacturing.
• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Expertise with ERP systems like SAP or PeopleSoft and strong Excel skills for analyzing data and making reports.
• The ability to look at production data and come up with ideas to make things run smoother.
• Familiarity with supply chain planning tools and methods to help us all work together better.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating supply chains in manufacturing or aerospace environments.
• Strong understanding of production scheduling, capacity planning, and inventory management.
• Proficient with advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to analyze production data and suggest ways to improve processes.
• Knowledge of materials management, SIOP processes, and MRP/MPS systems.
• Experience with project management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and influencing decisions.
