Sr. Production Engineer

Responsibilities

• Implement scalable infrastructure on AWS, GCP, and bare-metal environments
• Drive an automation-first culture by writing code to minimize manual toil
• Establish observability using tools like Prometheus and Grafana
• Lead incident management as Incident Commander and develop response playbooks
• Collaborate with engineering teams for operability reviews

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in managing large-scale production services
• Deep programming expertise in Python, Go, or C/C++
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and Linux/RHEL systems
• Experience in high-stakes incident management and 24/7 on-call participation
• Proficiency in ITIL frameworks for service maturity and problem management
