Sr. Production Associate I (Manufacturing): C-Shift (7:00am-7:00pm) Thurs.-Sat., and every other Wed.)

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Sr. Production Associate I to join our Timonium, Maryland filtration and melt blown cartridge manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

• Operate advanced manufacturing equipment and contribute to process improvements.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspace.
• Collaborate with skilled teams in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment to support customers.
• Assemble products according to detailed specifications (weighing, measuring, simple mathematical calculations).
• Work effectively with a team to follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy/industrial manufacturing environment
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Ability to assemble products according to detailed specifications
• Working effectively with a team to follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Able to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push and pull for long periods of time
• Able to climb a ladder and flex the upper and lower body

Skills

• Machinery, noise, and repetitive tasks
• Computer proficiency
• Quality Inspection

Pay

The hourly range for this role is $21.41/hour. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

Schedule

C-Shift hours will be 7:00am-7:00pm Thursday- Saturday, and every other Wednesday.
