Sr. Product Mgr, Recommerce Routing, Returns & ReCommerce

As Senior Product Manager of Recommerce Routing, you will own the world-wide product roadmap for our Recommerce Routing system, ensuring that 1B+ returned products go through the optimal secondary market channels, balancing customer experience, safety, sustainability and supply chain economics.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage world-wide Recommerce Routing product roadmap
• Write PR-FAQs and Big Idea docs to pitch new innovations to leadership team
• Work with dedicated engineering team to define and implement product requirements
• Design routing algorithms to maximize recovery and support channel expansion
• Launch new world-wide product features
• Partner with Legal and Business teams to meet standards for customer safety and compliance

Requirements

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience as a product manager or owner
• Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $136,000.00 - $184,100.00 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
