About the role

Amazon is revolutionizing how businesses interact with their customers, and as a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of this transformation. You'll have the opportunity to shape the go-to-market strategy for one of the fastest-growing cloud contact center solutions in the industry.

Key job responsibilities

  • Craft & develop compelling stories and content (e.g. presentations, whitepapers, infographics, webinars, customer success stories, product videos.) that land our value proposition
  • Have a solid understanding of Amazon customers, our product and the market more broadly
  • Regularly engage with customers, analysts, and partners to drive advocacy
  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives at events to showcase Amazon innovation, messaging, content, keynotes, and breakout sessions
  • Work closely with AWS field teams to maintain internal sales hubs with the latest resources, value propositions, and sales enablement content
  • Partner with other marketing teams (e.g., web content, campaigns, demand generation, field teams, and events) to drive and execute on global marketing initiatives.
  • Continuously measure and improve product marketing initiatives

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of direct experience working with customers on cloud technology adoption
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud architectures in technical domains (e.g., Analytics, Developer Tools, Compute, Databases, Generative AI)
  • Demonstrated experience creating technical content and delivering technical presentations to diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA, or Master's degree
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies for technical products
  • Track record of creating compelling technical demonstrations and reference architectures
  • Strong data analysis skills with ability to synthesize insights from multiple sources
  • Experience presenting to executive-level audiences and industry analysts

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.

USA, CA, San Francisco - 161,900.00 - 218,600.00 USD annually

USA, MA, Boston - 147,200.00 - 198,700.00 USD annually

USA, VA, Arlington - 147,200.00 - 198,700.00 USD annually

USA, WA, Seattle - 147,200.00 - 198,700.00 USD annually
