This individual contributor role reports to the Head of Product Marketing, Lending. You’ll partner closely with Product, Risk, Legal, and Growth to shape product narrative, influence roadmap decisions, and drive responsible adoption. This role sits at the intersection of growth and financial responsibility, requiring strong strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to balance business impact with member trust and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Credit Risk, Brand, Analytics, Legal, and Compliance.
  • A demonstrated ability to lead through influence and drive cross-functional alignment and execution.
  • The ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling customer narratives.
  • A strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategy and measure impact.
