Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a product leader to define and build the future of cloud networking. Within AWS, you will collaborate with a team delivering one of the largest software-defined networks in the cloud, serving diverse customers from global enterprises to innovative startups. As part of the VPC and EC2 Networking Product Leadership team, you will drive product innovation in connectivity, security, and application networking.

This role involves ownership of adoption, feature prioritization, product definition, messaging, pricing, customer interaction, sales enablement, and team development. You will work closely with agile teams, directly impacting customers and engaging with AWS and Amazon.com leadership. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, passionate about cloud computing, and thrives in a fast-paced environment requiring strong technical and business judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive product management for VPC network offerings, including adoption, feature prioritization, and product definition.
  • Develop messaging, pricing, and sales enablement strategies.
  • Engage with customers and collaborate across agile teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Work with AWS leadership to innovate and shape the future of cloud networking.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical product management experience in an internet business.
  • 3+ years of technical experience (e.g., software development, network development, IT).
  • Experience taking a product from conception through engineering design to market.
  • Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS products, owning the full product lifecycle from concept to go-to-market (GTM).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, certification, and live-site operations.
  • Experience working in agile teams delivering software products and features.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $192,500 - $260,400 USD annually. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Additional compensation may include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
