  • Gather and synthesize requirements from cross-functional teams including Legal, Incident Management, Trust Engineering, Policy, and Trust by Design
  • Define success metrics, track adoption, and continuously improve tooling based on data-driven insights and user feedback
  • Influence senior leadership through compelling product narratives, data-driven recommendations, and clear prioritization frameworks
  • Write clear product requirements documents (PRDs), working backwards documents, and hero use cases

Qualifications

Basic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience as a product manager or owner
  • Experience owning technology products

Preferred qualifications include experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights, working across functional teams and senior stakeholders, and using generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency.

Benefits

Amazon offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave. The base salary range for this position is $136,000.00 - $184,100.00 USD annually, depending on location, with additional sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
