Sr. Product Manager Technical - AI and Automation, Amazon Music
About the role
Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite network. The mission is to deliver fast, reliable broadband connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks, serving households, small businesses, schools, hospitals, and government agencies in underserved areas. As the Product Owner for AI enablement, you will audit beta teams’ current workflows, map pain points and repetitive manual tasks, and identify high‑impact opportunities for AI automation or augmentation. You will create a prioritized roadmap, partner with beta program leads, engineering, and AI teams to build, integrate, and deploy solutions, stay current on emerging generative AI models and agentic frameworks, and evaluate candidate tools against real use cases to make build‑versus‑adopt recommendations. Collaboration with the broader Amazon AI and beta communities, documentation of best practices, and leading trainings to drive adoption are also key parts of the role. The position is based in Redmond, WA, and is subject to export‑control requirements (U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or refugee/asylee status).
