Sr Product Manager Tech , Supply Chain Optimization Technologies - AIM
Key job responsibilities
Leading with vision and change to bring new or evolve existing innovative substitution and customer behavior modeling across limited shelf-space banners
Establish effective and data-driven mechanisms to convey system and process gaps across multiple orgs
Approach complex business problems, aligning divergent stakeholder teams to a common plan
Work closely with technical teams to understand root causes of customer pain points and drive the right solutions to exceed customer expectations
With input from business stakeholders, develop business and product requirements, prioritize needs, and manage milestones and overall roadmap. Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
