About the role
Amazon Music is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join the Events team within our Community and Fandom org. In this highly visible role, you will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for an exciting new product area that connects artists and fans through live events. Specifically, you will be responsible for our end-to-end Ticketing experience, helping people discover and attend live concerts, as well as for the feature set that makes in-app live events (artist-hosted listening sessions, Q&As, etc) delightful and engaging product experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for an exciting new product area that connects artists and fans through live events.
- Be responsible for our end-to-end Ticketing experience, helping people discover and attend live concerts.
- Own the feature set that makes in-app live events (artist-hosted listening sessions, Q&As, etc) delightful and engaging product experiences.
- Partner deeply with engineering, design, data, and artist-facing teams to deliver innovative experiences at scale that make Amazon Music the best place to be a fan.
- Create truly novel experiences that no other streaming provider offers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

- Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
Salary Range
- USA, CA, Culver City - 151,200.00 - 204,600.00 USD annually
- USA, CA, San Francisco - 173,900.00 - 235,200.00 USD annually
- USA, WA, Seattle - 151,200.00 - 204,600.00 USD annually
