Key job responsibilities
- Define strategy and product vision through feature definition, roadmap prioritization, positioning, naming, GTM/adoption, and financial metrics.
- Own the product requirements and go-to-market strategy for AWS External Security Services and the needs of our customers.
- Interact with customers (including senior executives) on a daily basis, coordinate across many internal and external teams, and be visible at the highest levels of the company.
- Work with customers, partners, software vendors, and operational stakeholders to prioritize roadmap features, and spearhead the definition of new capabilities through expertly crafted business requirements documents.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition throughout the product life cycle from concept to end of lifecycle.
- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
- Experience managing technical Cybersecurity products and representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
- 5+ years of end to end product delivery experience and ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and turn ambiguous ideas into products.
- Work with executive leadership to develop a robust GTM Strategy.
- Strong analytical skills to understand and solve complex business problems and ability to make trade-off decisions between customer experience and time-to-market.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters in computer science, cybersecurity, MBA.
- Experience in building and driving adoption of cloud security solutions.
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, Comptia Security+ etc. preferred.
- Experience with building Cloud Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP).
- Excellent customer experience intuition to translate customer needs into crisp, detailed product requirements.
- Experience with pricing.
- Define new KPIs to inform decision making and prioritization.
- Experience with cloud services and/or security.
