Sr Product Manager - Legal and Compliance

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Product Manager - Legal and Compliance to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will shape product strategy and roadmap development for legal and compliance capabilities within a complex financial services environment. You will partner closely with stakeholders to streamline workflows, improve operational effectiveness, and balance user experience with compliance and risk considerations. The position also requires using data, customer feedback, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business outcomes and successful implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and roadmap development for legal and compliance capabilities
• Develop a compelling product strategy through analysis of personas and use cases
• Partner with stakeholders to streamline workflows and improve operational effectiveness
• Balance user experience with compliance and risk considerations
• Use data and feedback to deliver measurable improvements in business outcomes
• Drive cross-functional alignment to support successful implementation
• Engage with customers to uncover needs and translate them into product hypotheses

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of relevant business experience, including in a product owner role or similar
• Strong understanding of iterative development and software processes
• Expertise in Agile product management and stakeholder management
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for new technology and trends

Pay

Compensation: $153,401 – $207,542 annually
