Sr. Product Manager (Hybrid - NYC, Newark, NJ, or AZ)
About the role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to help develop the next generation of regulatory communications and digital shareholder engagement solutions. This individual will translate regulatory change, client needs and emerging technologies into scalable products that improve how asset managers, corporate issuers and intermediaries communicate with investors.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage the product roadmap for digital shareholder engagement and regulatory communications.
Identify market opportunities created by regulatory change, evolving client needs and new technologies.
Translate complex regulatory requirements into practical, scalable product capabilities.
Build business cases that quantify revenue potential, client value, operational savings, implementation effort and product risk.
Establish clear product priorities, success measures and investment recommendations.
Lead products from concept through design, development, pilot, launch and ongoing optimization.
Convert market and client needs into product requirements, user journeys and prioritized backlogs.
Partner with technology, UX, operations, legal, compliance and information security teams to deliver solutions.
Make informed scope and sequencing decisions while balancing time to market, client value and operational readiness.
Ensure products are designed for scale, reliability, usability and regulatory compliance.
Develop a strong understanding of client workflows, operational pain points and purchasing decisions.
Engage design partners and pilot clients to validate product concepts and refine the value proposition.
Monitor regulatory, competitive and market developments affecting shareholder communications and engagement.
Represent the product in client meetings, industry discussions and executive presentations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, regulatory technology, or capital markets.
Experience leading products from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex business, regulatory, or client requirements into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
Experience partnering cross-functionally with technology, operations, legal, compliance, UX, and go-to-market teams.
Strong understanding of product strategy, business case development, prioritization, and execution.
Experience working with enterprise clients and gathering market, client, and user feedback to inform product decisions.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to clients and senior executives.
Prominent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to evaluate tradeoffs related to client value, implementation effort, risk, and time to market.
Qualifications
Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly visible environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Benefits
