  • Drive Certification Programs: Lead FedRAMP authorization for Alta Video VMS and cameras, coordinating across engineering, security, infrastructure, legal, and 3PAO.

  • Build Compliance Roadmap: Address CJIS, StateRAMP/TexRAMP, NIS2, and EU Cyber Resilience Act, sequencing requirements against revenue opportunity.

  • Turn Compliance Requests into Roadmap: Scope and prioritize compliance requests from sales, sizing opportunities and deciding on product development.

  • Be the Government-Facing Product Voice: Represent Alta with government buyers, integrators, auditors, and partners, and run discovery sessions.

  • Define and Own Metrics: Establish measurement framework for government readiness and revenue, including certification milestones and pipeline influences.

  • Influence Across the Organization: Align Sales, Support, Legal, Marketing, and product pods around government priorities, ensuring alignment and prioritization.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting strategy and trade-offs to senior leadership and external government stakeholders.

Qualifications
