Sr. Product Manager, Gated Communities

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will own product strategy and roadmap direction for a specialized community segment, with a focus on driving adoption, improving the user experience, and enabling growth. The position partners closely with other product teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and external market contacts to identify needs, shape priorities, and deliver measurable business impact. The work will also include leveraging AI and modern tools to enhance product capabilities, onboarding, and training.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the community segment
• Influence other product teams to prioritize segment needs
• Build relationships with homebuilders and developers to gather market insights
• Embed AI into the product to enhance user experiences
• Define and track key metrics for segment health and growth
• Collaborate with teams to improve onboarding and training processes

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with proven success from concept to market
• Strong design fluency and ability to create testable prototypes
• Ownership mindset with comfort in ambiguity and curiosity
• Excellent organizational skills and project execution
• Sharp communication skills for cross-functional influence
• Builder's mindset with experience using AI and modern tools
• Experience in proptech or multifamily real estate is a plus

Pay

$180,000 – $195,000 annually
