About the role

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

The Enterprise Security Technology team builds and operates the technology solutions that keep our employees and business safe. Employees interact with our solutions every day to enable them to do their job while maintaining Salesforce’s #1 value of trust. We are looking for an individual to help ensure that we enable our employees to get their jobs done while keeping them and their devices safe and secure.

We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to join the team and lead on this critical mission. The ideal candidate has a proven track record leading product management in security and/or enterprise services and strong technical knowledge to work with security architects to help define the best overall solution. They should know how to put the customer and user at the center of their work, translating business and user requests into requirements and solutions. They are data-driven, ensuring we are strategically working toward the right outcomes but have a strong bias for action. This position will drive automation and agentic optimizations as well as strategic M&A integration into Salesforce.

  • 8+ years of experience in technical product management or a related role.
  • Deep expertise in various cybersecurity domains, especially endpoint security, but ideally including network security, cloud security, Identity, and data protection.
