Sr. Product Manager, Data Integrations
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Product Manager, Data Integrations to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will own the strategy and execution for critical data exchange capabilities that connect the organization with external partners. You will shape how structured business data is onboarded, validated, and maintained across the enrollment lifecycle, with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and partner experience. This is a highly cross-functional product role that blends technical depth, AI-enabled workflows, and long-term platform thinking to reduce manual effort and improve data quality. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $165,000 – $195,000 annually.
Responsibilities
- Own data exchange between the organization and partners, including content, cadence, and error handling
- Oversee AI agent experiences for data onboarding and validation, ensuring errors are interpreted effectively
- Manage the enrollment data lifecycle to ensure accuracy and consistency with partners
- Define non-functional requirements for data integration, including reliability, quality, and scalability
- Set long-term integration strategy, with a focus on architecture and AI involvement in reducing effort
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience focusing on integrations, data exchange, or platform APIs
- Proven experience with structured business data exchange through files and APIs
- Strong background in API product ownership and lifecycle management
- Ability to handle data reliability challenges at scale, including various failure scenarios
- Experience communicating effectively with external technical partners
