About the role

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the core experience at Rula; focused on making it easier for people to find, start, and stay engaged with high-quality mental health care.

Day-to-day, you’ll dig into data to understand consumer pain points, and collaborate with user researchers, analysts, and data scientists to uncover what drives stronger engagement and better outcomes. You’ll lead a dedicated engineering team to design, launch, and measure improvements that make a real difference in patients’ lives.

This role sits at the heart of our mission; your work will directly impact thousands of people by helping them access the care they need and stay with it long enough to truly get better.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer-facing or marketplace products.
  • Proven track record of using data and user insights to drive measurable improvements in user experience and engagement.
  • Experience running A/B tests and using common statistical techniques to evaluate results.
  • Excellent communication skills: able to clearly articulate strategy, tradeoffs, and outcomes to different audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a two-sided marketplace, with a strong understanding of how to balance and optimize for supply and demand dynamics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field.
