Responsibilities

  • Lead the product roadmap and scaling strategy for the AI Content Creation CoE, with focus on Governance and Operations.
  • Own the intake model for AI content creation use cases and facilitate prioritization across business value, feasibility, readiness, and risk.
  • Partner with Product Managers across the organization to translate rollout and pilot learning into scalable governance, operational, and readiness practices.
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders around decisions, dependencies, risks, and requirements needed to move use cases from concept to production.
  • Own and evolve the governance operating model for AI content creation capabilities.
  • Run point on cross-functional governance forums with Responsible AI, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Security to evaluate use cases, clarify requirements, and identify areas requiring additional review.
  • Partner closely with Responsible AI to embed responsible AI requirements into use-case reviews, decision points, standards, and playbooks.
  • Create repeatable governance playbooks that help teams understand guardrails, approval paths, risk considerations, and launch criteria.
  • Own and partner on access, RBAC, permissions, workspaces, token/credit oversight, platform administration, and usage reporting.
  • Partner with vendor, technology, security, and admin teams to coordinate platform operations, escalations, and operational dependencies.
  • Define monitoring, reporting, and traceability mechanisms to track adoption, consumption, generation activity, audit needs, and value indicators.
  • Partner with support and product teams to define escalation paths and issue-resolution practices.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of Product Management experience, with demonstrated experience scaling products or capabilities across MarTech, Creative Technology, Content Production, Platform Operations, or Content Capabilities.
  • Experience standing up or scaling AI Centers of Excellence, enterprise AI capabilities, governance models, operational processes, or readiness practices across complex organizations.
  • Familiarity with different Generative AI model types, multi-model platforms, AI content creation tools, and the operational considerations required to evaluate, govern, and scale them.
  • Strong understanding of content creation workflows, marketing technology, creative technology, content production, and enterprise platform adoption.
  • Proven ability to bring structure to ambiguity, facilitate decisions, align stakeholders, and translate requirements into scalable product and operational practices.
  • Experience partnering with Responsible AI, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Security, Privacy, Creative, Marketing, Product, Tech, Data Science, or vendor teams.
  • Experience with access models, permissions, workspaces, usage controls, reporting, support models, or platform administration.
  • Strong communication and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance business value, user needs, risk, feasibility, and operational readiness.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and drive progress across highly cross-functional stakeholder groups.

Qualifications

  • Preferred experience with creative AI platforms such as Adobe Firefly, Pencil, Gemini Agent Studio, ChatGPT, Vertex AI, or similar solutions.
  • Preferred experience with content supply chain, digital asset management, creative workflow, personalization, or campaign activation tools.
  • Preferred familiarity with Responsible AI practices, AI governance, content rights, IP, brand safety, or compliance workflows.
  • Preferred experience working in retail, marketing, creative, content-heavy, or large matrixed enterprise environments.
  • Preferred experience building readiness playbooks, governance frameworks, support models, or super-user communities.
