Sr. Product Engineering Supervisor
Job Purpose
The Sr. Product Engineering Supervisor leads and mentors a team of Product Engineers, driving excellence in technical documentation, system efficiency, and process innovation. They serve as a critical bridge between customers and internal departments including Manufacturing, Quality, and Sales to ensure seamless project execution.
Nature Of Job Duties/Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Oversees daily engineering operations, including staffing, scheduling, and technical training.
Operational Excellence: Develops and monitors KPIs to evaluate departmental performance, adjusting resources to achieve strategic objectives.
Cross-Functional Liaison: Acts as a technical point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders to align engineering output with manufacturing capabilities.
Process Improvement: Implements updated methodologies and tooling procedures to streamline the Product Engineering workflow.
Performance Management: Drives engagement through coaching, feedback, and equitable policy administration.
Education And Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
Industry Experience: 5+ years of related experience in a PCB manufacturing environment (7+ years preferred).
Management Experience: 3+ years in a supervisory or lead capacity.
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of engineering tooling operations and a solid understanding of Bare Printed Circuit Board (PCB) manufacturing.
Good understanding of PCB materials.
Software Familiarity: Practical experience with industry tools such as Inplan and Insolver.
Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate teams, manage performance, and support hiring/onboarding initiatives.
Communication: Effective verbal and written skills, with the ability to collaborate across different departments.

Salary Range (annual): $100,000.00 - $135,000.00
