Sr. Product Engineer

This is a full-time, direct hire position located in Fort Worth, TX. The role is 100% onsite; initial training will be at the Grapevine, TX facility before transitioning to the Fort Worth location.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the production team.
• Perform failure analysis on customer products.
• Investigate and perform root cause analysis.
• Contact client for escalations.
• Set up repair line including ESD tools and grounding.
• Identify optimum analytical approaches critical to problems.
• Communicate with local and overseas team via emails and conference calls.
• Prepare parts and components for Factory team second level failure analysis.
• Work inside customer lab.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in computer hardware engineering.
• Hands-on experience in hardware assembly and disassembly on computing devices.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong Office suite knowledge (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Moderate knowledge of UEFI, WINPE, CMD, Batch files, SDK, ADK, and configuration files.
• Ability to effectively communicate concepts and solutions across various levels of the organization.
• Act as liaison between Company and Client.
• Work cross-functionally with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime for special projects or business support.
