About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Design tools that enhance therapists' workflows and patient care
• Streamline administrative tasks for healthcare providers to improve efficiency
• Identify strategic opportunities within care delivery based on user needs and market trends
• Leverage AI to create intelligent design solutions for user interfaces
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Research teams for cohesive product development
• Deliver polished, user-friendly experiences that prioritize clinical decision-making

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design with a strong portfolio of shipped products
• Proven track record in designing and optimizing multi-step workflows for productivity or operations platforms
• Cross-functional collaboration experience with product, engineering, and operational teams
• Proficient in Figma for product design, prototyping, and strategic thinking
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design tradeoffs and document workflows
• Strong ownership mentality with hands-on experience from concept to delivery

Pay

$100,000 – $120,000 annually
