Sr Product Designer - Mobile Apps

What You’ll Do

• Design and launch thoughtful mobile app experiences that take advantage of AI, personalization, and real-time user insights.
• Integrate network effects and positive user feedback loops into all you design so that users can have an ever-increasing valuable experience.
• Own projects from concept to launch, balancing speed, craft, experimentation, and measurable impact.
• Partner closely with product, engineering, creative, growth, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life quickly and clearly.
• Design experiences that improve engagement, retention, subscriptions, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Prototype, test, measure, and refine experiences based on user behavior, analytics, and feedback.
• Craft polished, intuitive mobile experiences that feel native across iOS and Android while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the Design System team to create scalable, consistent, and high-quality product experiences.
• Identify UX problems early and proactively create elegant, practical solutions in fast-moving environments.
• Help shape product direction by collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to improve user experiences and business outcomes.
