About the role
We’re seeking a Senior Procurement Systems Analyst to drive data governance initiatives that support procurement operations and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions to understand their data governance needs and challenges
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance strategies and best practices
- Develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Utilize Tableau for data processing, analytics, and governance activities
- Conduct assessments of data quality and compliance with governance policies
- Provide recommendations for improvements in data management and governance processes
- Document data architecture designs, standards, and best practices, and provide guidance and support to ensure adherence across stakeholders
- Train and mentor team members on data governance principles and tools
- Provide stakeholder support, ensuring clear communication and understanding of technical solutions
Requirements
- Understanding of master data in procurement and data governance processes and frameworks
- Project and/or program management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Experience working with business intelligence tools, such as Tableau or PowerBI, and dashboard development
- Prior experience managing environmental, social, and governance initiatives (a plus)
- Understanding of SQL or similar query language to enhance data visualization (a plus)
- Understanding of procurement processes and analytical software (a plus)
Pay
The annual salary range for California is $88,200 to $163,800. You may also be eligible for incentive compensation, including bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.
