Responsibilities
- Manage and execute procurement activities ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and supplier diversity.
- Oversee supplier selection, negotiations, contract management, and delivery to meet project goals within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conduct due diligence, and negotiate terms to secure high-quality purchases.
- Monitor and control procurement costs, seek cost-saving opportunities, and optimize resource allocation.
- Foster and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure a reliable supply chain.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies while maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in procurement and project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex procurement projects.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Proficiency in budget management and financial acumen.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement strategies, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management.
- Ability to read, write and speak Spanish.
