About the role

As a CBRE Sr. Procurement Analyst, you will design, evaluate, and provide complex reports based on the collection of data related to the sourcing, contracting, management, and performance of suppliers and vendors. You will also present the results of these reports along with their relative impacts on the business, maintain data integrity, and ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Design, generate, review, and implement reports to support account, client, and global sourcing requirements.
  • Present the results of reports along with their relative impacts on the business.
  • Maintain data integrity of databases and make changes as required to enhance accuracy, usefulness, and access.
  • Collect and rationalize complex data from many sources.
  • Conduct advanced financial evaluations.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Create a complete overview that includes improvements and recommendations.
  • Point of contact for key processes in subject teams and day-to-day functions.
  • Review forecasts and investigate trends in general business conditions.
  • Make strategic recommendations to business.
  • Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • May convince to reach an agreement.
  • Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
  • Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
  • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Qualifications

  • Experience in procurement and supply chain management.
  • Knowledge of financial analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with data management and database systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
