Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end process redesign across Finance and shared services functions to improve efficiency, scalability, controls, and service delivery
- Evaluate and apply AI, RPA, workflow automation, analytics, and the available technology stack to reduce manual work and enable scalable operating models
- Develop business cases, pilots, and scaled implementations with measurable impact on efficiency, quality, cost, capacity, and FTE leverage
- Partner with IT and functional leaders to integrate process, data, and technology solutions across Finance and adjacent operating teams
- Apply Lean Six Sigma, Agile, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and Kaizen methods to identify operational gaps, eliminate waste, and improve Finance workflows
- Facilitate improvement workshops and working sessions that align stakeholders, clarify decisions, and produce executable action plans
- Promote a continuous improvement culture across Finance through standard practices, coaching, disciplined execution, and measurable outcomes

- Prioritize initiatives based on business value, risk reduction, control improvement, capacity creation, customer impact, and implementation complexity
- Operate with limited direction, proactively identifying opportunities, mobilizing stakeholders, removing barriers, and escalating decisions when required
- Define and monitor KPIs for cost, cycle time, quality, capacity, control effectiveness, service delivery, and operational efficiency
- Use analytics to prioritize opportunities, assess automation performance, identify failure points, and track improvement outcomes
- Report results to Finance leadership and senior stakeholders, linking process improvements to business value, risk reduction, cash flow, margin, and financial impact
- Develop change plans, communications, and adoption strategies that support sustained implementation of new processes and tools
- Coach employees, leaders, and direct reports on process adoption, Lean principles, automation opportunities, and continuous improvement practices
- Serve as a senior change leader and trusted advisor for Finance operational excellence, influencing senior stakeholders and helping teams adopt new ways of working
- Partner with leaders in Finance, Sales, IT, and PAR business units to prioritize transformation opportunities and align execution plans
- Translate operational requirements into scalable process, data, and technology solutions that bridge business needs and technical execution
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate complex process, technology, and data concepts in a clear, practical way for both technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in process improvement, Finance transformation, operational excellence, shared services, or back-office operations, including ownership of complex cross-functional initiatives
- Proven ability to lead department-wide transformation initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and manage a portfolio of high-impact projects from strategy through execution
- Demonstrated success applying AI, RPA, workflow automation, analytics, or related technology to improve business processes and reduce manual effort
- Strong experience developing business cases, executive-level recommendations, operating metrics, dashboards, and performance reporting that connect initiatives to measurable business value
- Experience leading or coaching direct reports, project teams, or cross-functional working groups, with the ability to drive execution through others
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Information Systems, Finance, or related field required

- Agile, SAFe, or project management experience in complex, cross-functional environments
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to convert data into actionable insights, business cases, and executive-level recommendations
- Effective people leader and cross-functional partner with strong communication, change leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
