Who are we? As part of this expansion in the US, XNRGY is seeking a qualified and experienced on-site Sr. Process Engineering Technician to join the team. Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, this position will perform continuous improvement and sustainment of manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency and ensure proper quality. This will be for 2nd shift, running from 4:30PM-3AM. An overview of your responsibilities! Support Manufacturing, Operations, and Engineering teams to drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, and costAssist in maintaining and improving assembly and manufacturing processes with a focus on ergonomics, efficiency, and qualityCollect data for line balancing activities to support takt time and production targetsAnswer questions and train operations for updates to MES work instructions, including quality checkpoints, traceability, and torque/parameter recordingSupport implementation and maintenance of tooling, fixtures, and production equipmentAssist in troubleshooting production issues and identifying root causesSupport layout changes, material flow improvements, and workstation setupsSupport execution of CapEx projects and collaborate with equipment vendors to support volume ramps and process optimizationAssist with New Product Introduction (NPI), prototypes, and production readiness through cross-functional collaborationSupport technical documentation, failure analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective action implementationSupport production performance data collection and improvement initiatives to meet output, quality, and safety goalsProvide hands-on support during production ramp-ups and process changes What you'll need, among other things! Associate degree or technical certification in Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Technology, Industrial Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)Experience: 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environmentBasic understanding of manufacturing processes, tools, and equipmentFamiliarity with work instructions, standard work, and process documentationAbility to read technical drawings and basic CAD familiarity (preferred)Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsComfortable working hands-on in a production environmentBasic data analysis skills (Excel, MES systems preferred)Good communication and teamwork skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities Do you have other qualifications?
