Sr. Process Engineering Manager

About the role

This leadership role is responsible for new product implementation, product and process testing, launch readiness, and the successful transition of designs into manufacturing operations. The position leads and supports technical initiatives that improve manufacturing processes, product performance, cost efficiency, quality, and overall productivity. Through strong project execution, engineering judgment, and cross-functional collaboration, this role ensures new and improved products are validated, scalable, and delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with business and plant objectives. Success requires a hands-on technical leader and change agent who can operate effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, partner with operations, quality, product development, and maintenance teams, and use data-driven decision-making to solve problems and drive continuous improvement. As the role grows in scope, you will apply statistical methods, testing discipline, and continuous improvement principles to strengthen manufacturing capability and support a culture of operational excellence.
