We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Relocation assistance may be available. - Clearance required for start: Yes. - Clearance type: Secret. - Travel: Yes, 10% of the Time. - Description: At Northrop Grumman... (company description). This could go under About the role? Usually "About the role" is description of role. But we can treat description as About the role. - Location: Iuka, MS. - Role: Sr. Principal Structural Engineer. - Candidate should be proficient in classical static strength hand analysis, DaDT analysis, finite element modeling and analysis for discrepant detail parts and assemblies fabricated from metal and composite materials. Should be able to develop and document detailed structural analyses in support of aircraft repairs including but not limited to free body diagrams, internal or external loading, shear and moment diagrams, and calculation of internal stresses. Analyses will be in support of MRB, and ASIP. Aircraft structural design criteria, and nonstandard repair and equivalent strength analysis background is a plus. Candidate must be able to collaborate in a team environment, mentor less experienced personnel, prioritize and adjust tasks to accomplish the project result, prioritize multiple responsibilities and/or accomplish them simultaneously, comprehend and analyze complex problems and develop solutions. Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution System/ MES, and a Northrop Grumman MRB EN/ST signature is a plus. - Basic Qualifications Sr. Principal Engineer: Bachelor's degree in STEM with min 8 years experience to include background in aerospace structural analysis OR Master's degree in STEM with min 6 years experience to include background in aerospace structural analysis. Experience in bonded composite OR metallic structural analysis of primary and secondary aircraft structures. Experience with finite element analysis. Proficiency in structural analysis methods and documentation, including hand-sheet analysis and large Finite Element Model manipulation. Experience with MRB related activities. Must have ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance. Must have ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance. - Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Engineering (ME/AE) with min 9 years of experience in structural analysis. Experience working on an ASIP managed platform. Experience with crack growth software-AFGROW. Familiarity with FEMAP/NX Nastran. Experience with the development of dispositions for Airframe discrepancies. Experience with performing repairs on primary structure made of composite materials. Active DoD secret clearance or above. - Primary Level Salary Range: $116,300.00 - $174,500.00. Additional notes about salary: general guideline, factors, overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus, annual bonuses, Long Term Incentives for VP/Director. - Benefits: health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business. - Relocation assistance may be available. - Travel: Yes, 10% of the Time. - Clearance required: Secret, also SAP. - Application period: estimated 20 days from posting date (but we should drop application instructions? The instruction says remove application instructions. This is about application period, maybe considered metadata; but it's not exactly instructions to apply. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO/legal. It's about timeline. Might be considered minor metadata; we could fold into a short p or drop. The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we could include a short paragraph for things like relocation assistance, clearance, travel, etc. But we also have sections for Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Schedule maybe not given; we have travel percentage but not schedule. No explicit schedule (like full-time, shift). So we should not create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It does not state schedule (like full-time, part-time). So we omit Schedule. - Pay: we have salary range and bonus info. So we can create Pay section. - Benefits: we have health insurance, life/disability, savings plan, paid holidays, PTO. Also relocation assistance maybe a benefit. Could include under Benefits. - Skills: maybe we can list technical skills: classical static strength hand analysis, DaDT analysis, finite element modeling, free body diagrams, etc. Could be under Skills. - Responsibilities: maybe the duties: develop and document detailed structural analyses, support MRB and ASIP, collaborate, mentor, prioritize tasks, etc. - Requirements: maybe the basic qualifications (education, experience, clearance). Could be Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe preferred qualifications. We need to avoid duplication. Let's decide sections: - About the role: company description and role overview (the paragraph starting "At Northrop Grumman, our employees..."). - Responsibilities: bullet list of duties: develop and document detailed structural analyses (including free body diagrams, internal/external loading, shear/moment diagrams, calculation of internal stresses); support MRB and ASIP; collaborate in team environment; mentor less experienced personnel; prioritize and adjust tasks; prioritize multiple responsibilities; comprehend and analyze complex problems and develop solutions; knowledge of MES and MRB EN/ST signature (plus). Could also include performing repairs? That's more preferred. - Requirements: basic qualifications (education/experience, composite/metallic analysis, FEA, proficiency in structural analysis methods, MRB related activities, ability to obtain/maintain DoD Secret clearance, ability to obtain/maintain SAP clearance). Also maybe U.S. Citizenship required for clearance positions (mentioned later). That is a requirement. - Qualifications: preferred qualifications (Master's degree ME/AE with 9 years experience, ASIP managed platform, AFGROW, FEMAP/NX Nastran, dispositions for Airframe discrepancies, repairs on primary composite structure, active DoD secret clearance or above). - Skills: maybe list technical skills: classical static strength hand analysis, DaDT analysis, finite element modeling, hand-sheet analysis, large FEM manipulation, MRB activities, MES knowledge, etc. Could also include soft skills: collaboration, mentoring, prioritization, problem solving. - Benefits: relocation assistance may be available; health insurance coverage; life and disability insurance; savings plan; company paid holidays; paid time off (PTO); maybe also mention discretionary bonus, annual bonuses, long term incentives (though those are more compensation). Could also include overtime, shift differential. - Pay: salary range $116,300 - $174,500; note about base salary factors; overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus; annual bonuses; long term incentives for VP/Director. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual numbers. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, scam warning, etc. Remove those lines. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must output only HTML fragment. Let's craft. Structure:

That seems fine. Responsibilities: bullet list. We need to capture duties: "Should be able to develop and document detailed structural analyses in support of aircraft repairs including but not limited to free body diagrams, internal or external loading, shear and moment diagrams, and calculation of internal stresses. Analyses will be in support of Material Review Board (MRB), and Aircraft Structural Integrity Program (ASIP). Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution System/ MES, and a Northrop Grumman MRB EN/ST signature is a plus." Also maybe "Candidate should be proficient in classical static strength hand analysis, Durability and Damage Tolerance (DaDT) analysis, and finite element modeling and analysis for discrepant detail parts and assemblies fabricated from metal and composite materials."
