Sr Principal Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Take an active role in the definition, execution, and evolution of parallel & distributed query execution.
• Perform professional software development tasks working closely with other development teams.
• Spearhead development of mid-to-large sized projects in traditional RDBMS as well as new areas like vector search, AI, data lake, and autonomous computing.
• Create performance benchmarks both micro as well as scale-out performance.
• Work with performance engineering team to find and address performance bottlenecks.
• Use AI models to streamline/improve processes and improve developer productivity.

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
• 8 or more years of software engineering or related experience.

Pay

Hiring Range in USD: $135,200 - $306,400 per year.
