About the role

This position is a multifaceted Enterprise physical security and converged network security specialist role for bridging the gap between IT infrastructure and physical facility protection. The successful candidate should have extensive hands-on experience with physical security systems and thrive to take on diverse assignments and possess the ability to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee enterprise-wide Access Control, IDS, and Video Systems
  • Handle system design, programming, IT integration and management of security device subnets and firewall rules to maintain a secure network infrastructure
  • Serve as the primary incident responder, executing detailed root cause analyses, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive risk-mitigation solutions
  • Lead and manage projects related to Lenel OnGuard, Digital Monitoring Product (DMP), AXIS, ExacqVision and Milestone
  • Prioritize and complete multiple tasks within critical deadlines
  • Build and foster effective relationships with others

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of Project Management experience
  • 10 years of knowledge executing the deployment of security and management of security device subnets and firewall rules
  • 5 years’ experience installing server and client software with a demonstrated understanding of system operational and maintenance requirements
  • Thorough understanding and knowledge executing the deployment of security and network equipment following approved topology, design of supporting infrastructure and troubleshooting of integrated physical security systems
  • Physical Security expert to oversee enterprise-wide Access Control, IDS, and Video Systems
  • Proven track record of serving as the primary incident responder, executing detailed root cause analyses, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive risk-mitigation solutions
  • Deep expertise in full-lifecycle project execution and structured approach to site-level risk assessment and countermeasure implementation
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks within critical deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills, as well as project management, analytical, planning and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and foster effective relationships with others
  • Knowledgeable in ICD 705, NISPOM and applicable UL standards

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) with at least 14 years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • +10 years of relevant experience with bachelor’s degree or master’s degree
  • +8 years of relevant experience
