About the role

The Sr Principal Program Cost Control Analyst (PCA) will support the Space Park Foundry within the FTAP (Foundries, Test, and Advanced Packaging) Operating Unit of the Mission Next Division. Reporting to the Business Manager of the Space Park Foundry, the PCA will interface with program managers, functional management, cost account managers (CAMs), and business managers to provide financial support and analysis to meet program requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare budgets and schedules for contract work and assist in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, cash forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Monitor costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system, including performing Earned Value Metric (EVM) tasks such as WBS development, budget baseline, cost risk analysis/assessment, and visibility reports.
  • Support audits and reviews as requested by programs, customers, and company management.
  • Support Annual Operating Plan, Resource Plan, and Long Range Strategic Plan activity.
  • Prepare financial inputs to internal reports and presentations (IPRS, Dashboards, BARs, etc.).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of related experience OR a Master's Degree and 6 years of related experience.
  • Experience with Earned Value and performance measurement baseline concepts and ability to apply them to multiple contracts, CLINs, and control accounts.
  • Experience with financial systems including cost performance reporting and analysis.
  • Experience in a financial planning and analysis role - working with financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement).
  • Previous experience in budgeting within a production environment.
  • Previous experience with IWO financial management.
  • Strong PC skills - specifically Excel proficiency (including pivot tables, Vlookup, and conditional formatting).
  • Ability to travel domestically 10% of the time.

Qualifications

  • US Citizenship Preferred.

Skills

  • Knowledge of financial systems and processes.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Pay

The primary level salary range for this position is $112,200.00 - $176,300.00.
